1988 MK2 Ford Fiesta Ghia

Price - £950 firm.
Mileage - 67,XXX
MOT – Oct 2011
Tax – Oct 2011
Service history - Stamped up to 49,000 miles with a few old mots and tax discs.

Last year the car had a new head, head gasket, water pump, and clutch.

The car comes with no speakers or stereo.

All electrics are in good working order.

The car is washed and polished weekly with Poor boy and Dodo Juice products and waxed with Dodo Juice wax.

Wheels
-RSL Mohags 13X7J ET 26 – Recently had all new stainless steel bolts. They could do it a proper refurb if you’re picky. When I bought them I sprayed the centers gold and polished the dish/lip.
-165/55 Nankang tyres - All with good tread

Suspension
-Gaz coilovers on the front, which are height and damping adjustable. Rear is either cut 50mm springs or uncut 50mm springs on the back with standard shocks.
-Adjustable panhard rob

Engine
-K&N air filter
-XR2 exhaust

-It was serviced last summer, which consisted of oil, oil filter, plugs, leads and a coil.

Interior
-XR2 steering wheel
-Door pockets are missing off front door cards

-Rear seats have a couple of oil stains.

Exterior
-Yellow headlight protectors – Yellow tinting film just peels off.
-Gold metallic paint - £110 extra when the car was bought new!
-Desmo roof rack

Body work
-Front panel has rust under both head lights, which is common.
-Crack on the lower panel were a piece of wood hit it
-A few small dents on the front arches were the lips were bent flat for clearance
-Small spot of rust on the drivers side rear arch, still solid though.
-Lacquer peel on the driver’s side front wing.

Parts that can be bought separately
1.6 CVH that I was going to put in but never got round to it. This can go with the car for £175 extra or £200 without. Everything is there for the conversion apart from a rad and exhaust. The engine has a brand new cambelt, head gasket, sump gasket, water pump, exhaust and inlet gaskets, motor craft plugs and red leads. The carb on the engine is a recently rebuilt 32/34 DFT weber off an XR challenge XR2 with a K&N.

5 speed gearbox and cradle to suit the above engine or the current engine - £60

5 speed gear linkage - £25
