Looks great as ever geez, its doing my head in with the picture sizing.
I tried 800x600 and it takes a slight bit off, must only accept 640x400 size

Yep 3.5's. We dont want no max power stuff in here. lol.
Get some either standard ones or 3.5's no one likes m3's or dtm's.

Re: Recent pics of my FRST
not wanting to sound like an arse, but i don't think you should generalise the forum like that, i for one quite like M3 mirrors and 3.5 mirrors and i don't like the DTM or the standard fiesta mirrors, but everyones tastes are different and to say an M3 mirror is "max power" is rubbish, on the right car they look very good. even DTMs which i don't like can look good on the right car... but whatever, i remember in a discussion on this forum a while ago and someone posted something which stuck with me: "people on this forum will hate anything that wasn't crafted by Henry Fords own hands" and that's true.
what i'm saying is get the mirrors you like and that suit you car, not those that will please the majority of the forum.

Thats a good point you've made there, i was only 70% messing around though, at the end of the day its his car so he can have any mirrors he likes. I personaly hate M3 mirrors and IMO they dont look good on any car!

If you upload pics using the site, it will resize them and allow you to click the image to see the full size version. If its a linked image it displays it different and if you have a low resolution setting it will cut the side off.
Nice pics by the way

Cheers chap. TBH i havnt really considered renoving the splitter, i put it on there around 3 years ago now and quite like the look of it, and although its a little differnt i dont feel its to "in your face" if i grow tired i wll remove it as its not smoothed in or nothing, but if i do remove it i wil have to source a new rubber lip which runs around the base of the bumper as when i fitted my FMIC i had to trim it but have since realised i did'nt need to
I have also put the Ford badge back on the rear hatch, when i fitted the hatch i thought it looked ok without but now think it looks to plain so ive put it back on, im also debating weather or not to put the original "fiesta rs turbo" decal back on and remove the more modern style "RS" badge?
Also need to have the bonnet & bumper resprayed (Due to fading paint and stone chips etc) along with the petrol cap area replacing as this is now beginning to bubble up, so this will be done either during the winter or next spring
MixonFRST
I will bare that in mind next time i post some pics. But at home the pics show full width, why is that?

Thanks guys,
tomcat404
May well be for sale in the spring, not like this though all as standard. Still in two minds what to do TBH.
Next on the list is the tidy up,
- Bonnet sprayed, and de-dentedl
-Fuel cap cut out and replaced (minor bubbling at the mo)
-Windscreen out and minor bubbles sorted at the top of the screen
-Front bumper sprayed.
I really want to get the above done during the winter, ready for the spring when the car comes back on the road, becuase at the end of this month the car goes into hibernation for the winter again.
Gareth.

Yep liking the idea of the original decal.
Plates are needed yes, the rear one is the original plate it has Ford RS Slough written at the base, but its a bit mank now.

Nice pictures Gareth
Agree with you on the mirrors, mk3.5 imo look best on FRSTs.
I'm not a fan of that splitter but love those white wheels.
Now get the fuel cap and stone chips sorted and tuck it away for the Winter
Cheers

Re: Recent pics of my FRST
Ta chaps, Ive just fitted a nice ACT gauge in now. Im getting about 22-24 degrees on boost, with water spray on im getting about 19 degrees full boost. (that was night driving as well so it will be higher in the day)
Most noticably is how high the it gets in town driving, i know heat soak plays apart as well but it goes up too about 35 degrees.
Really good and handy gauge to have, i will get some piccys up of it.
Was also real easy to fit, i just ran the live and earth into the back of the elctric window switch (As this comes live when the ignition is turned on.) and the prob sits in the little pipe in the charge carrier, i will post some pics to show what im going on about.
Just one week left now untill its in the Garage to Aprill again
Gareth.

Knuckels : Thanks for the kind offer, i have a couple of spare 1600cvh's so ive got some replacments.
Im a bit curious as to why this is happening though, i only fitted a very mild cam to it a year ago, which was the piper 285 T cam, along with the tappets and valve springs and now this is the second rocker which has shattered.?
