Danny came up with this
its a map for all fiestaturbo members to add themselves too, this will help people find others local to them and make potential meets a lot easier.
and make the forum a little easier for new members to join and a little friendlier

We need an FT.com map really. Im sure you can get one online where you just add yourself onto it kinda thing, fiesta-si has one, or at least used to, link seems to be dead now.

Well it did lol. Thats why its titled 'who are you and what do you drive'.... also as for the location, well the bit on your profile which says location which appears on the forum, well that generally gives it away if people put the correct info there lol.

Its a map of the world, but you can put your location on it in the uk, of course i wouldnt advise putting your exact road on there perhaps seeing as its public, if need be I think its possible to put a password on the map so only forum members with the password can view it, which these members would have to be approved and given out by admin perhaps.

But as you can see i have marked it to near where I live. When you put a link in, you can click on the name of the person and it takes you to the link they have put in, i just linked it to my profile on here. You dont have to upload a picture, its optional, but you need to select an icon, the image uploaded if you upload one will repace the icon.

So yeah, get adding if you want!

*edit, ive added FITP and Ford Fair to the map with the use of alien heads, so perhaps until some sort of image comes available, thought of for events, then thats what it will be for now
