my car came off the road sunday 30th january, for a complete makeover and heart transplant...

bought lots of bits.. which you'll see soon...

not going to say to much at the mo, but you'll see my car change here and there from time to time.

havent done to much yet but here is the story so far....

here's my car, before i started....




at this stage it was just slammed on avo coilovers, has a trust airfilter and magnex zorst..

first change, mk 4 fiesta heated windscreen cheers jon



me and my other half were both in a grudge match at brunters on the 28th january, we travelled up to york the same day - went to drop my car off with lee @ fusion :

stopped at a services after brunters and took the rear seats, parcel shelf, door cards, and seat belts out,took all the tools up with me, had loads of people walking past staring at me when i was doing it, probably wondering what the fook i was doing stripping the rear of my car at a services on the m1!!!!

here it is at fusion... (saturday 29th) all stripped....

went to a breakers on friday, the plan was to sink a spare wheel well in the back, and lose the spare wheel tray completely...

here's what i returned with... (half cut out)

but after placing it in the boot, its big enough but the chassis runs thru where i wanted it, so that plan went out the window

probably just gonna have my spare wheel sitting in the same place inside and not sunk

saturday morning, started taking the rest of the interior out, so it doesnt get ruined whilst in the garage...



both seats out..

door cards coming off..


spare wheel tray and backbox off....


exhaust off fully.... - sold to gav styli

rear beam..


rear beam is up for sale, but won't have the rear drums, if anyone's interested...!??!?

Oh sorry, i meant the standard beam that was on the car, that bit in the middle.

nope, but i know a man who got them off a black focus rs test car at work (dunton)

got the rest of the rear brakes (brand new discs, pads and calipers) from another mate who bought the focus rs rear brakes from ford but never fitted them...

Just a bit of rust protection, handy to do it now the interiors out. Up to you, your car, looks great either way.

had an xr2i, wanted to turbo it, saw this beauty, sold the 2i, had her for 2 1/2 years now... it had 63K on the clock when i bought it, 2 owners from new-kept in a heated garage by both owners, un touched, totally standard
