Cheers people :)

Its a 2.1 zetec using karl schmidt pistons, Balanced deflashed rods, ARP bolts, rebalanced crank, lightened flywheel, very ported head, multiangle valves/seats, Kent Cams, tubular 4,2,1 exhuast manifold, MBE managment, jenvey throttle bodies, er and other stuff I forget about.!

Its just over 200 bhp at moment, could go a fair bit higher, but as its used everyday by by missus to drive to work, weve kept it drivable, the other cams, were a fair whack more power, but you lost out to much low down, currently with the tamer cams, she idles and pulls right from low down...

I'll post some outside pics later. :)

Next thing is gearbox, its using a 16v xr2i one, whihc is WAYYYYYYY to short ratios.! got a mtx box here, just gotta perswade it in.! :)

Looking good there!

Nice to see a decently power Zetec under the bonnet! There will be a Ka running the same spec with the lairy cams coming soon!
