Picked ths beast up 2day, fitted my induction kit off my red 1 so i can sit in my garage making my car chatter... i'm so sad

Dont know yet if i'm gonna sell the red 1 and make the whte 1 mint, or if i should keep the red 1 and make it minter with bits off the white 1...





Its totally standard except for the induction kit, its been stood for a bit but has just passed its mot with no welding so thats good, just could do with a re-spray really.

And just to prove i do clean my car now and again here are some pics of the red 1 taken about 1 hour after the first ones, ps, got new front and back lights

V-true, but it just depends whats easier and cheaper to do as i'm on a tight budget and i need a car to get to work and back,

I'm waitng on a price for sprayng the white 1 at the mo so depending what that comes back as i may go for t, like i said ts not failed the mot on welding so its not a bad base car at all,

they do look blueish ont the bottom pic of the white one.... just had a really close look at the screen and they look more discloured... but they look like they could once of been green.

By how much is the red one lowered? Looks phat on those wheels, did you fit them and do all the arch work?

From previous posts iirc, it is a 1.1 classic shell with 1.8 zetec engine in is that right?

The white 1 does have green strips on it,

The red 1 is a 1.1 with 1.8 engine, i have sold the wheels off it now so its on 15's, dont really know what i would want for at as i was just gonna swap everythin off the white 1 and get some new wheels, and if i was to sell it i would be keeping a few bits off it,

I wanna just make the red 1 a mint turbo for now, then gonna go mad on the white shell and get it sandblasted and fully re-sprayed in some sweet colour next year and swap everythin back,

I would just put the engine int e red one as it will be a better and stronger shell due to it being a mk3.5

Saying that I am not into this keeping rotting RS's on the road at all cost business.

Still not decided, but i have robbed the new bottom arms and track rod ends off the white 1, oh and also the hub with a new bearing in it

So my red 1 now has new disks, pads, bottom arms, track rod ends and wheelbearing, feels loads better now,
