ok WITHOUT mentioning the curse, can someone tell me exactly what work is involved to make them fit?

sorry to make ANOTHER post but i made one and got given 2links about the curse instead :lol: :lol:

also what size tyres would i need?

Man those wheels look fine!! I'm sure this is covered on the main site but from memory you need severe arch mods, crazy spacers and to restrict the steering rack.

had a look on the main site, all i could find was...

An interesting wheel in this size is the Escort Cosworth. These rims are 8" wide and as a result are extremely difficult to fit. The offset is also much higher than the Fiesta, so the wheels protrude from the arch quite far. It is possible to make them fit, although it involves a lot of arch work and the car cannot be lowered much due to the sheer width of the wheels. The narrowest tyres these rims will take is 215/40 16s.

That car is aweome, it's the car thats made me decide to go for cossie rims this summer

I'd like to get in touch with this guy to find out what tyre size those tyres actually are

what colours your car?

i REALLY wana fit some but i cant find any info on what needs doing :-?

thing is, if its a big cost on top of the wheels i will probs settle for scort gti's or 16" mondies :(

edit: think this guys on passionford (which isnt workin for me atm :( )

Mine is white mate

To fit these wheels will be a big job

Coilovers are a must, plenty of arch trickery although i hear the backs aren't to much of a problem, and tyre size is crucial

40s allround i think hes running ,
195/40 @ the front or 205/40
and the back 215/40


why dont u ask email the magazine pf? was it? ask them for the tyres size?

And i think that they are 195's on the front too, because i think they are the continetal tyres i've just this week put on mine and i think they only come in 195/40/16

there was a post about the recent performance ford mag which featured a fiesta with these, they are well nice but running 205 or even 195 :o on them i think is risky especially when cornering wouldnt wanna take em to fast with fear of em comming off!!!

Doesn't actually say in the feature what tyres he's used, but they've got to be 195's to get that stretched. :)
