[FAQ] How to remove Mk3.5 wing mirror glass

Firstly i apologise for the wrong forum.
Had a look in stlying and no-one seemed to be able to help Faith, so this is my last port of call.
I am required to remove the glass from my mk3.5 wing mirrors, how do i do this without breaking the glass?

Yeh i gave up in the end mate...i cud get one end up but the last end just wudnt come out...i tried levering it out by using a screw driver, bit of wood..anything i cud get behind the mirror but to no avail...
Just didnt seem worth it to break the glass...
Im just gonna mask the glass if i ever colour code em.

I would think the replacements are available rom ford still not sure though,
heres how i got mine out Hopefully it'll help:
Pull carefully on this side,
The clips on the mirror should unclip from the mechanism.
Hopefully this will be better to see the clips and mechanism (glass is same way round as it was when i took it off just leant forward )
