Afew people have swapped the 1.8 one on to the 1.6 manifold and have reported it picking up better...

yeah we swapped over the throttle position sensor or "the little black box on the throttle body!" and now it runs nice sounds beasty and does seem to pull a bit earlier on now!!!
pulls from about 3000rpm to 5500rpm!!!

yeah i changed the throttle body but didn't change the throttle positioning sensor at first and it ran like a proper bag o s**t!!!!
when we swapped over the sensors it RIPPED!!!!!!!!!!
the throttle body is from a 1.8 130ps XR3i 16v!

It drives better now that I've got a full ss system on and everything flows better. But recently something has been playing up, when the engine gets hot (needle in the middle of the guage) it seems to run slow as if somethings holding it back.
May have something to do with the TB may not.

Its just I need to make sure that it fits straight on before I buy one, otherwise if it didnt, I would need to buy other stuff to fit it properly.
