That's a Wicked Clean Looking FRST...
There are alot of Pro's n Con's going 2.1 ZVH
I might personally be tempted to go 1.9 CVH
If I was to go Z anything it's be a complete ZT.
when you think about it, the piston change, blocking up and remaking the oil breathers, and an Oil return for the turbo, it really would be alot more to go ZT over ZVH excet you wouldn't need to block up some of the oil ways with ZT.

That is a hellishly nice looking fiesta mate, nice colour and thew wheels really suit. My uncle currently has a 1.8 zetec in his cossie kitted cabriolet with a fiesta rs turbo head. It's almost around the 250bhp mark. I cant wait till i can afford to get him to do me a 2.1 litre and put n rs head on it. If you're gonna do an engine swap might aswell go the whole hog

Hey guys,
Thanks for the comments - I think I'm probably going to go for the CVH as I'm not too sure about management problems I've heard reports off from other ZVH users.
Also - I know CVH's are weaker generally but I like the way the powerband pulls all the way up to 6500 rpm whereas I've heard that those with ZVH's struggle after 5000rpm. Let me know if this isn't true!
It's only a 1600 turbo but it pushes out a nice 182bhp and it blitzes most cars off the lights and I've even outpulled an Audi TT 220bhp up to well over 120mph - I've even had a little toy with Porsche Boxsters (all on private roads of course officer).
I must get around to buying a battery charger for my digital camera (I've just moved house and forgot to nick the charger off my Dad - I've got most of the batteries though!).
Once I've done a bit more DIY on the house (like putting up curtains in every room!) then I'll get on to modding the Fiesta some more.
The thing is, the more money I plough into it, the more likely it is I'm going to have to keep this car as well as getting an Escort Cosworth next year!
See ya,
Andy

Right - an update!
I finally blew the bottom end on the 1600 (not bad for 110k running 15psi for most of it!).
So...
I'm in the process of buying a stage 2 1.9 bottom end and stage 2 T3 turbo from fiesta-jim.
Once I get it fitted I'm probably going to be off to Grove Garage in Essex to get my car all mapped up with injectors (I'll have to see what they recommend!).
Should be looking at 230+ bhp - any suggestions on gearboxes for the car - I may well have to change the clutch (it currently has an AP fast road clutch - have to see how it holds out!)
Cheers,
Andy
P.S. Here's a pic of the car on my front garden (my bro managed to get his 1.6s stuck in the grass there so looks like I'm going to have to lay some proper driveway!).
