OH ... MY ... GOD !

Christ almighty !

After dropping the GF home, I went to fill the Fiesta up with fuel and have a drive down the sea front.
I gets down there, and there are a few peeps I know with some nice cars.

...

As I leave, I got the revs quite high .... and PHUK me ! the exhaust was so LOUD !
It's always loud, but the more petrol in the tank, the louder it is.

Why is my exhaust so loud ? It's only a 1.1 with no engine mod's (yet).

wow!!! i had a big bore 2 on my 1.1, sounded soooo good that i took it off and put a standard exhaust on.. :rolleyes:

Its noisy as the exhaust boxes are prob of a straight thru design, which doesnt offer much silencing.
Its louder with a full tank as the car ways more and takes more effort from the engine to move it!

It's a Piper backbox. 3.5" tailpipe, thats all.

Not at all, only bin on 1 cruise really. Once most ma m8s have passed their test we'll be goin on cruises of our own.
The cruise's down ere aint that lively cos they happen basically every Fri, Sat and Sun ... so I'm guessing it jus happens 2 often.
