Postby spaceman04 on Thu Jun 17, 2004 11:26 am

cruzin around for some sort of filter for my stupidly slow mk3.5 engine. sent a email to the guys at faster filters who said i can have a one to go on the carb (botl on type) for £36 and a one to go into the airbox for £56. this seems a bit pricey?? [ERRR] u all think?? also ive managed to get my fiesta running wit minimal ticking, will the filter and exaust hide it or will it still sound sh*t

If the carb one is made by K&N, then the price seems alright.

Depends on your exhaust, the bolt on won't have a huge effect but you'l notice it for a day or so.
If you get a decent backbox and your middle box removed it hide the sound of a 140db system :D
