Hi,

Ive now got a mk6 escort 1.3. Its a CFI lump so I gather the engine is the same as the mk3.5 1.3's.

Anyway im sure ive read somewhere that the airfilter you need for this engine is that from a late mk2 xr2, or have I just dreamt this up!

Also any other advice on how to fit it would be great :)

Hi m8, yer its etrue what they say the xr2 item is exactly the same as the one your going to need :) I have one for sale if you want it £20 + P&P?
