a chip set up properly can add a further 6bhp i believe, but not sure on the t.bodies though.
you won't get alot from a 1600 Si cos the engine is too restrictive, dump the cat, and with those mods you're talking about 105-110bhp i guess, maybe a tad more.

with a scorpion exhoust with a strait pipe (no cat), a k&n Cone Filter and
Cossie Group A Fuel Pump, i did go to a Rolling Road and the Graph was 120bhp and it's good and Fast (Not Like an RS Turbo) but i was thinking if can turbo my SI so i will get more power from my 16zetec.

I've put a full Magnex on mine, sure it's a really good piece of kit but I wouldn't recomend you replace a good exhaust with one, wait till you need to replace. I was really unimpressed with the power gains! I also have a K+N filter. Don't be fooled by what you may read in magazines where air filters give you 10 BHP, add an exhaust and you'll be up to 20, it's a crock of s**t! A lot of it dates back to the likes of mini etc which run carbs, with modern engine management you have to work much harder to gain BHP
For the record mine did 94 BHP at Well Lane Turbo Centre, Batley.
