According to a recent poll I ran on here you should stick to a Stage 2 T3 turbo. T3 is too laggy.

Stage 2 will get you to 200bhp provided your engine also has cam, ported and polished head etc.

right 2 ways 2 go about this:
1)as stoned will back me up the t25 hybrid, turbo,k&n, bayjoo chip, kent cam(or equ),beige injectors, lightend n balanced (de webbed) crank,2 1/2" exhaust
or
2)t3, bayjoo chip, beige injectors,k&n ect

imho t25 is good round town t3 4 motorway boost either way is fun :Q

What you will make power wise i dont know............. every car is different. As for 0-60, that depends on the your clutch when u ping it! ;)

Remember there are other parts of the engine and car that will need upgrading if ur going for 200bhp:

Gearbox and clutch
LSD will be needed
Brakes
Handling

I would highly recommend the brakes ;)
