how much realisticly am i looking at for a 2 litre conversion on my 16Si???

and does anyone know of any good companies that may take my 1.6 as part ex??? to help keep cost down?

any help would be good.

i also still have this 1.8 diesel gearbox that i want to fit before the conversion is done, but what clutch am i looking at getting as i beleive the Si clutch is smaller and wont fit, is this corect?? (i need a new clutch anyway)
