Does anyone know of any general/tuning info on the 1.7 zetec in the puma? Did a few searches but it's a bit bleak!!

what do you mean "general tuning", any "general tuning" applies to all engines. 1.7 is pretty much the same as any zetec with just variable cam timing thrown in. nice.

go check the v*n-Aaken Developments website, they do a turbo conv for the 1.7 engine. :wink:

meo, I meant any general info on the engine or any tuning info with regards to what works well. I was just toying with stuff but I think it's prolly best left as nature intended. Best way to increase pleasure for now is better brakes methinks!

Cheers for the lead on the turbo conversion though chumkila. Might be leaving that for a while though! Judging from threads on this board there's just to much 'development' in that area right now to choose!!
