I will soon be looking to buy a 1.8 XR2i in Pacifica Blue, probably next month. If anyone thinks they will be selling one around this time...???

I really can't make up my mind to be honest. The only negative about the blue is that my mate's got one

I could be thinking of selling mine if I can get a good price,
It's silver though, looks smarter than black!
have a look,

If you really want to be different ring this number tomorrow and ask them if they still have it 01709 515444.
Cayman Blue (more green than blue) 1.8 16v XR2i
50k on clock with full service history
£3,495 - the car is at Economy Cars in Mexborough near Rotherham.
Very nice - has the Recarro front seats, just needs tidying in the usual places - the fuel filler cap is only just starting to bubble, wheels are original but a bit scabby - oh and the offside boot hinge looks like it could be starting to corrode. Its a lovely car - just wrong colour for me - and a bit pricey, but if they still have it they might come down a bit.
Good luck. Sarah.
PS. I'd never seen one in this colour before - it certainly is different.

Thanks for that Sarah but it's so far from where I live, it does sound nice though. I'm guessing it's been resprayed this colour or is it just very rare??!!

UncleFester, I really do not know. I have never seen a 2i 16v this colour before in all my life! From what I could tell it had not been resprayed, looked down the front grills ets and everything was still very silver and metally looking and these bits would have been Cayman blue too I think. I think I shall ask and see if anyone can throw any light on this.
Sarah

Like I said in my e-mail, I would be interested if it wasnt for the cost of insurance. Unless anyone knows where I can get it cheap?????

Hi - Are you still after a XR2i. If so I have a silver one that is a one off. It has totally smooth body work and is perfect.

OK people, I wanna buy one in the next week or so - a black 1.8 XR2i, as low mileage as possible.
Someone out there must want to sell me theirs!
