1.8 zetec - 130ps spec
Just to make sure i've got this right...
if i put my 2.0 throttle body, DEEP ecu, 2.0 cams and 2.0 MAF onto my 1.8 105ps zetec, it should work correctly?
Or do i need an RS1800 ecu and maf? as i imagine they're kinda hard to find :S
thanks a lot,

If I had a pound for everytim.................
This was discussed fairly recently mate, give it a search and I'm sure you'll come up with something.

Those that can, do; and those that can't, talk about it.

i've read that it will work, but i also read that it works to a point but the RS1800 ecu is better. but i don't know if this is true...

Re: 1.8 zetec - 130ps spec
wounded yeah using 1800 inlet, i'm currently running the 1800 with a 2.0 deep ecu, 1.8 maf and throttle body, runs fine, wont run properly with 2.0 ecu and MAF, i'll fit the 2.0 cams and throttle body in the next week or so and see how it runs, then try swapping the injectors.
thanks for response,

Re: 1.8 zetec - 130ps spec
if you stick all the 2.0l bits in should be fine where did you get your maf from is it clean on the little coil type bits as ive heard that any oil or grime from the breather return can gum these up and fouqqette the dealio if all else fails try cleaning these with some thinners/alchohol cos this will evaporate totally
oh btw i'll be interested to hear how you get on with the injectors
p.s could you send me some pics of your front bumper cos i've just got hold of one with the same lip and wanna see it on before i have it painted cheeRS
