what sort of power can be made with these engines. i mean a decent built standard zetec bottom end and machined pistons etc

kent cam maybe aswell

obviously with 195 chip beiges inti, etc

180bhp (ish). Wouldn't like to run much more than that. To get proper grunt you'll need a decent build and have a map done for it that suits the engines spec
