1.82i - 2.0 conversion help please

Postby lowridermk3zetec on Mon Apr 23, 2007 3:52 pm

Hi everyone I have a 1.8 zetec xr2i but want to do the conversion to a 2.0 zetec. Could anybody help me in telling me what amount should I look at for budgeting for parts and what are the exact parts I will need to carry out the conversion properly? Could somebody also point me out to a link if there is a "step by step guide" for the conversion? all help appreciated! many thanks

theres a guide for a 1.6 zetec to 2.0 here http://www.fiestaturbo.com/forums/2-0-zetec-into-1-6-si-full-conversion-guide-vt58354/ i spent about 500-600 on converting mine from a 1.6 cvh to a 2.0 zetec. Alot of work was involved, but seeing as yours is already a zetec you will have considerably less to do :)
