Yes you can, came from American Escorts and similar vehicles and was was never used on any UK Fords as standard.
You can buy the engines fully built up or just short engines from Specialised Engines.

I'm selling a complete lump secondhand, but may well split it if nobody shows any interest soon.
Cheers,
Andy

Well - I'm going to advertise it as a complete lump but I've also listed elsewhere how much I want for it in bits.
I'd rather sell it complete as the ECU has been mapped up to match the spec. of the engine as well as all the ancillaries which go with it are made up for L8 Cossie management (modified pulleys, sensors, alternator bracket etc.)
Cheers,
Andy

It's a fair comment - I bought it off of someone with a FRST so it has a EEC-IV CPS and flywheel installed so would work ok in a FRST or FRST managed car (but obviously with the Cossie management the EEC-IV CPS is not used)
I'll have to get back to you about breaking it - as I said I'll break it once I've tried selling it as a complete lump
Cheers,
Andy
