130ps 1.8 Zetec - help needed

CVH and Zetec tuning, suspension and braking mods.

Being new to these Zetec thingies - I'm after some advice...

Just bought an Orion (!) 1.8 Ghia Si with the 130ps lump. Two questions:

1) Whats the best oil for these early Zetecs ( know they're funny with sticking tappets)

2) What's the best bolt on go faster goodies for them? Chip? Induction kit?

Anyone?

If I smash it up, what's the lump worth to you XR2i boys???? :grin:

Flush the engine every time u change the oil and use 5w30 grade.

- Chip
- Exhaust
- Cams
- FSE boost valve
- Air filter/iduction kit
