160 bhp in a si

CVH and Zetec tuning, suspension and braking mods.

What do I have to do to have about 160 bhp in my si. It has a 1600cc 16v zetec. :rolleyes:

I see a si with a Turbo conversion, cant remember what mag, and how much BHP it was. i will have to have a look

You could do the rsturbo conversion, all the stuff will cost about £700 and you'll probably get someone to fit it for about £500. Or you could go for the rs2000 engine. Probably cost the same but the rsturbo is more tuneable per ££££. Or go for Nitros, extra 50bhp for £500 fitted!!! :grin: :grin:

I saw a fiesta with a 2000 cc zetec under the hood. Is it expencive to putt one in my car? and about the bhp?

depends how much yuo can buy the engine for and how much you van do yourself. I think Mark (who owns the site) bought that engine with less than 1'000 miles for around £1000, not sure though. :oooh:

id go for nitrous but u still gotta think about ur insurance if you wanna use it as a 'normal' car (on the road an not track i mean). :???:
