Postby MattL on Mon Sep 22, 2003 10:43 am

I've gotta bran new standard turbo on frst (turbo has done bout 5thou miles) and i'm looking to get a bayjoo 165 chip conversion, running 13psi. Wil the standard turbo b able to cope with this?

+ Wud it b a gud idea for me to get a larger/uprated intercooler? And does [ERRR] one hav [ERRR] experience or tips about running 165bhp, ie, things that hav to be uprated or changed?

Also does [ERRR] 1 know the 0-60 time and 1/4 mile time for a frst running 165bhp at 13psi?

Soz 4 all the questions + thanks for [ERRR] help

the life of the standard turbo mostly depends on your driving !! and regular oil changes help, let the car warm up before driving hard and idle for a couple of mins before switching off engine ;)
i think 13psi should be ok, standard intercooler should be fine with that boost, but youll feel the difference if you get a bigger cooler
0-60 in about 7.4 and 1/4 low 15s with 165bhp at 13psi
thanks
