Hi peeps!

Looks like i'm getting a 165 chip sometime next week probarly and a -32 actuator.

Thing is i was wondering if it would be alright to just plug the thing in, without getting it setup at a rolling road. I know i should, but its not due for a tune until january time (i do it every 6 months). Can i do it using a boost gauge and a CO2 meter thingy? What should i set the boost to? what sort of co2 count should i get? :???: !!!??!!

Bit confused as u can see...anyone fancy making me a step by step guide?

Well...any advice will be appreciated.

The fuel rail pressure will need to be adjusted, this can only be checked on the rollers under load, also mixture.

Safe boost on a standard turbo is 12 psi, mine blew up on 14.7 psi!!

Whats cheaper, a rolling road session or a new engine!!
