1994 Fiesta Si 1.6 16v 3dr (Low miles)

Postby jimbo81 on Tue May 15, 2012 1:43 am

Here is my 1994 M reg Fiesta Si 1.6 16v Zetec, its 3dr in Java blue. Its only covered 68k miles, with 5 previous owners from new. I bought the car in May 2010 as i needed a cheaper car to travel to work and back, its been a great car & never let me down I've had it 2 years & only covered 8,000 miles. It has MOT until 18th October 2012 & Tax until 31st September 2012. Has a few old mots & receipts, comes with new style V5. It has 3x keys including the Red Master key!! Comes with original carpet mats & rubber mats!!

It has is the sporty Raven jigsaw interior with the comfy wing back style seats, its in great condition with no rips or tears. Has the Genuine carpet floor mats aswell. It has the following as standard: PAS, Driver airbag, Engine immobiliser, tilt & removable sunroof, Heated rear window, 60/40 tilt rear seats & adjustable seatbelt mounts. It currently has a Kenwood CD player.

The engine is the nippy 1.6 16v Zetec-E (90PS) Its standard with no modifications, It pulls well & starts every time. I'm averaging 35-40mpg. Its always serviced (every 6 month) using Genuine Ford oil & filters. Recently had new Genuine Fuel filter, spark plugs & antifreeze change. The Gearbox & is strong no crunching or winning & has recently had new Genuine Ford gearbox oil. The clutch is good with no slipping or juddering. Also it will be having another service before its sold.

The Bodywork is clean & tidy for an 18 year old it has the odd dents and marks & is showing signs of rust in places, its had some welding in the past for MOT's. Its just had a full machine polish & polished using Diomondbrite.

Its had the following work carried out in the past 2 years that I've owned it:

25/5/2010: Service including oil filter & spark plugs (60542 miles)
3/6/2010: New Bonnet release catch
15/10/2010: New rear exhaust section (62110 miles)
18/11/2010: Service including oil filter & new rear brake pipe (62781 miles)
27/6/2011: Service including oil filter & spark plugs (64986 miles)
11/10/2011: Welding to O/S/R & N/S/R inner sills (66065 miles)
3/12/2011: Service including oil & fuel filter, New Antifreeze, New gearbox oil & New brake fluid (66624 miles)

Before the car is sold it will be having a small service using Genuine Ford parts, new front brakes & a new suspension arm!

The car does have a few negative points the main is the rust which is nothing compared to usual mk3 fiestas & the boot lock is worn, but can still be opened!

I'm wanting £600ovno (i might p/x depending on car)
