Not bad too bad a spec that!
To remove the ford HU you need the U-shape removal pins, or some old coathanger wire if you feel adventurous. U-shape pins slot in, push them out to the sides whilst pulling out and tada.
Before unplugging anything I reccomend removing fuse 2 from the fusebox to save it either popping or what happened to me was on refit the HU started smoking
Anyway, unplug the 2 ford wires and ariel, and insert the 'cage' for the new HU if you got one then bend the tabs in on it to stop it moving. You'll need an 'ISO adapter' to fit the new HU to Ford connectors, any decent car parts shop such as halfords or motorworld etc. sell them. Plug your Ford connectors into that, and then the other end into the HU, put the ariel back in and gently push the HU into the cage until it clicks into position (note to get it back out you should have special removal keys supplied with the HU)
Pop the fuse back in and job done!
Speakers require adapters again found at car parts stores or ebay and can fit 13cm speakers. Rear ones are under the parcel shelf supports, fronts require removal of the doorcards

As above, 4 x 50W is a good power, plenty enough for speakers. Only time you need an amp is for a subwoofer or if you want uber loud high-performance speakers ie 6x9s or something.

They'd be alright for the doors I'd say. Don't know an awful lot about speakers though unfortunately so couldn't really say either way. Upgrading rear 13cm speakers to me didn't make much difference, some may say otherwise though lol.
