If your still runing a single throttle body and N/A keep it simple and go for a fast road cams like Kents FZ2001 or FZ2002, if you go for the FZ2003 or FZ2004 then you will need the head maching for bigger 32mm oversize liffters.
I've just fitted some cams that are more wilder than the FZ2004 :o :D

Tell me about it as it cost £220 just to get the lifter bores bored out to 32mm

tappets and springs but you will get them if you buy a cam kit

seen places selling aftermarket kits for zetec engine, cams only £175.

Iv seen this too jdfiesta, I was going to get some ysee - There just a re-grind using your old cams, to Kent/Pipers spec but I wondered about the springs etc

Im running raceline cams, also have there matching head aswell so i know it all complements eachother

Raceline and Dunnell are good

Rickwood is better with his CNC machined heads

Ian Howell and Andy Weston are also some of the best when it comes to Zetec heads
