cool, how much do u sell the kit for?
right, about the head, as im gunna do a 2.0 litre zvh i want the head to match the power so i want it like stage 3, ported, bigger valves etc
how much will this cost me to have done?
what size valves should i go for? also ive seen where people have there head acid dipped to it looks brand new, i would like that done too!!
how much would u charge to do mine?
if i had it done at a garage, would it be cheaper to buy all the valves maself then send it with the head or let them get it all in and do the work?
cheers mate

Kits are £150 Inc P&P
I do the stage 3 head for £400.. Not the cheapest
But thats up to you and were you want to send your head
For that price you get everything done, asid dipped and so on.
Most people that do heads do that anyway

not to piss on anyones fire but why are you going for ZVH and not full Zetec, i know there is die hard ZVH fans etc
but i dont really see the point of going for ZVH unless you already have the heavily worked head.
from what ive seen lots of people have found zetec a much better route and it is what i would choose.
just my $0.02

People that do fit ZVH tend to be ERST owner i find. Most FRST owners are better of going full 16v as they already have the management to run it.

All the machined parts needed like a drilling plate, water pump plate, breather blanking plate, Oil return stub, Breather stub, slimmer washers for the head bolts, Dip stick bracket, and a info booklet telling you how to build a 1.8, 2.0 and 2.1 ZVH's in Turbo and N/A forms, it also tells you what needs modification to the standard parts like the engine mount and flywheel and so on
