I'm sure the RS1800 uses 2.0ltr bodies so u could get htem off 1 of these.

will this alone make the 16v XR2i as fast and reponsive as the RS1800 or is there other things you have to do?
If so, what is it?
Also will an RS1800 engine go in a mk3 [ERRR] the RS was in a mk3.5 wasn't it?

How difficult and how much would it cost, roughly, to turbo the RS1800 engine. What would be the best way to go about doing this? What kind of power levels would we be talking?
Would I be better off buying an rs turbo engine and spending the money modding it?

RS1800 engine will go into a 1.8 16v xr2i. It was made from 92 (mk3) till 95 (mk3.5)

anybodyany idea how much it is to fit a 2.0 throttle body on to a xr2i 16v, then will that give 130 bhp same a the RS1800 straight away? or do i have to do other stuff?>??? :???:

No u won't get 130bhp straight from the throtle bodies, the RS1800 had different cams and a remapped ECU as well as a few other tweaks here and there compaied with the 105 xr2i

buy my rs1800 engine with induction kit,superchip,uprated clutch and decat pipe and you should see around 140bhp. Mail me for a price if ur interested. zetec69@hotmail.com

xrsi-you got mail mate. I forgot to mention that if you need any transmission bits I have an XR2 gearbox,AP uprated clutch with receipt and driveshafts also. Let me know.
