2.0 zetec tuning
ive got a 2.0 zetec in my fiesta si and was wondering what the best way would be to get a bit more power out of it. im not looking to spend loads but realise more power means more money.

hi i also have a 2.0ltr fez small world.. i have a 4-2-1 manifold and full exhaust decat and that stuff which set me back £650 as it was a custom one off that fits the si perfectly made by http://www.custompipes.co.uk then i fitted/bodged a foam type induction kit these just let it rev great with a slight increase in power obviously as the zorst is 21/4" instead of 2" so now what i am thinking is a powerchip as these are known to give 5-10bhp
and then whip the head off have it skimmed slightly to bring the comp ratio up and have it ported and gas flowed at cylinder head developments as they are known to release a further 10bhp and with cams being fitted while the heads off that little lot should take the standard power 130bhp to about 150whp then even you wanted to go further you could get a focus central large throttle body i think there 67mm and get a rs1800 inlet manifold as they flow better than the standard unit which would up the power even more and all of those mods would still retain the daily driving characteristics and not need other stuff like gearbox and clutch changing and can be done relatively cheaply cuz face it if you want more power you have to spend some money
