2.0 zetec

I read that the 1.25 zetec engine in a mk 4 fiesta has the same mounting points as the series 3 2.0 zetec (i.e. post 1998 zetec R)

does this mean that a 2.0 zetec R conversion into a 1.25 mk 4 will be a whole lot easier than a 2.0 zetec E conversion (post 1995 engine)
