loads of info on the net mate, hava search on google or use the search on here.
The way i see it, theres two ways, low boost zt with standard pistons, or steel rods and forged pistons.
Low boost, could be done in two ways, decomp plate, many people argue about this method, but i think if fitted properly it's a good way for a budget zt. Or as you are using a 2.0, you can put a 1.8 head onto the 2.0 block will lower the compression ratio to 9:1, could run maybe 10psi on either of those 2 methods. But if you were to use these methods i would get the rods shot peened and stressed relieved and put some arp botls on too. Use erst manifold, t3, should see some good gains
Steel rods and forged pistons is the way to go if you want big power really.
Few mods need to be done to the zetec block also, regardless of which route you take. Front breather will need to be blocked off, most people relocate it on the rear. You need an oil feed to the turbo. This can be done using a t peice of an rst on the back of the block where the oil pressure switch is.
Oil return from the turbo also has to be fitted
Then theres inlets, u can use the standard alloy zetec one, but they use side fed injectors, so sutable higher flow side fed injectors will need to be sorced, 200sx, or you can use a rover inlet, modified to fit the zetec, and use the rover fuel rail and use top fed injectors, more available at high flow rates than side feds are. Or you can use the fiesta turbo inlet using a few adapter plates.
You'll need an uprated fuel pump, suitable intercooler, larger tb maybe cossie, all your hoses and piping.
Loads ive missed out lol, but you get the idea, not an easy job, but the results are great
