2.1 zetec turbo what SPARK PLUGS?????

Hi chaps,
Have just built a zetec turbo engine useing calibra turbo pisons I intend to run 1 bar an was wondering if anyone could recommend some s*** hot spark plugs. CheeRS.

Pop down to your local Ford dealer and buy a set of genuine motorcraft focus RS spark plugs. They will set you back £28 for four and will be spot on for what you need.

Or get your head machined to accept Cosworth plugs since they run cooler than Focus RS ones, and theres more variety out there depending on what BHP your looking at.

Yep you can do that. Needs the plug threed in the head machining shorter, but seems like a lot of hassle when he is only running a bar of boost. The FRS ones will be more than adequate. I have run them in engines making up to 400 bhp with no problems so far.
