You don't say what car but if it's a fietsa rs turbo then as long as you engine is upto extra power then 195bhp chip about £100 injectors 701's £100 cosy fuel pump about £50-£80 hybrid t3 about £400 head gasket if not done as it will go with more power group A £40. Cam kit mine second hand was never used piper t2 £180 i would go for a stage 1-2 lsd gearbox (second hand) £300-£400. Stage 2 head or get your one ported and polished

Buy a complete snotter FRST with an ok engine and transfer everything over. Sell the rest of the parts off to pay for some mods.

Intercooler
injectors
chip
T3
Kent CVH 34/35/36 cam

Job jobbed.

200 bhp for 2k is easy.

I think i could do it for well under half that!

2ltr zetec engine £100
Thicker head gasket £100
ERST ex manifold £15
Second hand cossie T3 £100
Fully built Megasquirt £250

I have seen 286bhp run on stock internals with the right head gasket soloution. It was using a GT28rs though.
