2000 Fiesta Zetec S - *Tango'ed and badged*
As many of you know I had my MK2 up for sale as I wanted a change. I picked this up last week, a 2000 plate Imperial blue Zetec S. I was looking at standard-ish ones for a while and was set of getting an Imperial blue one then this one came up locally so I went to view it and made an offer after going out for a drive it in. Spec wise the car has a cat back Magnex exhaust, lowered an unknown amount, k&n cone filter and 7jx16" mondeo alloys. Plans for it are new front Ford badge, tango'ed head lights, 4-2-1 manifold, Escort Cosworth wheels, ST170 brakes, coilovers and maybe some ss4 cams. I'm also looking to do a 1.7 puma conversion in the new year.

Nice looks really clean and straight! i was looking at these earlier in the year but couldnt find any decent ones without travelling miles. I did miss out on a low milage minter 30 miles away by 10 minutes though!

Looks lovely Jamie, a cracking find there, and nice to have the lowering and exhaust already done lol!
Personally, i would steer clear of the Cossie rims and stick with the Mondeo 16's as they look much better on the car, but that's just personal preference and the car looks minty mint!

Nooo, doesn't need smoked anything. Just the orange lenses back in, and leave the current wheels on

Yea not sure about the idea on smoking the headlights. The fog lamps will be going yellow though.

Re: 2000 Fiesta Zetec S
miltek full system and manifold, plus brakes and coilovers = track weapon
i wouldnt bother with the puma engine unless you think the engine has had it being a phase 1. a puma'd one never felt any quicker than mine was fully stripped

They are mate, I have a 1.6 Ghia sat on the drive that I bought for my g/f and even she thinks its gutless, hardly any torque below 4k. The Puma goes better IMO and seems crisper lower down too. The Ghia gets to around 115 then crawls up to 130, whereas the Puma will get right up there without too much fuss.

Ahh I don't go on track days yet. I'm worried about paying the money then being frustrated by people holding me up
