20ltr engine conversion mods

soon i am going to be converting my 1.6 si into a 2ltr. Are the 2ltr engines easy to tune. what would be the most hp i could acheave with basic mods

in what way do you mean easy? air filter, exhaust(inc decat), chip, cams, should see 150bhp afaik

inlet manifold. Plastic Fantastic

when i first did mine and got it rolling roaded, 104 bhp at the wheels, changed the inlet manifold for a stadard focus item and it was 124bhp at the wheels not bad for a other wise standard enigine , however the engine i used was the zetec R out of the focus so they have larger valves to start with, but that alloy inlet on the festa is sh te , notice the lack of power at top end on any festa zetec?
