Not quite, Will be making my on traction kit for the car, make a exhaust and then mapping, MOT, TAX and away we go i hope but i find it hard to work on my car when i'm developing new parts for other people's cars not any for mine

may i ask how a electric water pump is better over a normal one ?

I'd hazard a guess at stopping a regular pump sapping any power from the engine as he seems to be trying to squeeze every ounce of power out of this engine to prove a point.....

......Zetecs on throttle bodies are the real way of tuning your engine

Also modified Zetec engines have cooling problems as well as a more controlled cooling and by add more power its also give me the options of fitting a ST170 at a later date.

It still needed some trimming to get it all to fit right and a very tight fit all of it is.

been far to busy doing other peoples cars

I've got a few things to do yet

Fit longer trumpets and modify the 2nd fuel rail
Fix rear brakes lines ( a leak somewhere )
Fit a flocked dash
Fit modified Gaz shock mounts
Make a exhaust
Mapping
MOT & Tax

Just a little update, not much really but here you go

Fitted 120mm long trumpets and some black crackle T/B, i was going to buy some 2nd hand Titain R/B T/B's but that fell thought, everything is a bit tight and to fit the trumpets i had to cut a chunk out of the wiper motor bracket to fit them.

Fitted some DTA wing mirrors and some new stickers










Just booked the car in for a custom exhaust witch will be made in a few months time then i need to book it in for mapping

This car has no coil pack buddy, it's running a coil-on-plug/COP arrangement with an individual coil per cylinder

Where is this being mapped then? Looks like it could be out on the roads this year then!

C.O.P come from Burton Power @ £100 each but i got them 2nd from Austin.W from Passion ford that is building one hell of a ST170 Turbo for his Kit car

Looks like you got yourself a good project there. It's good to see someone take so much time getting things right and actually knowing excatly what their doing and why!

Its been some time now since my last update and i have been doing a load of thinking and now hand to say that this money pit is to stop, the engine will be mapped and car finished and featured but i will only keep it a year after that and then the car will be broken to fund a new project.

There are loads of modifications i would love to do to the car but can't justify spend any more money on her

I just have one thing to get and thats a alloy rad

The car will be finished this years as i have been putting the time on here right now
