Just got another 2.0 Zetec and using it to see how much it can be bored and stroked out to so my other engine you see in the pics may be up for sale in about a year or so to make way for a 2.3 or 2.4 Zetec?

A 2.2 can be done from just boring it out, a Evo engine has almost the same bore and stroke as a Zetec and the there is a stroker kit for the Evo's to take it out to 2.4.
I'm going to have a word with Fardon about cranks and rods to see if it can be done

Now i can adjust my rear brakes

I found that when giving it some stick round the corners on the track it popped and farted as fuel wasn't getting pumped to the engine even when i have a EFI tank that has a swril pot inside and then someone said fit a external swirl pot so i did and it stopped.... Strange. but is solved the problem.

I wasn't happy with some parts of the engine and other things on the car so mapping has been left to later until things are sorted.

do you really think that 300bhp n/a is possible? my mate has a 280bhp 200sx an i haves always jokingly said that one day my fez would kick his ass. h ha now that looks possible :lol:

Its custom made to my spec and the same with the cams there like a race cam so it will rev to 8.5+k rpm's

No not yet as i've been busy building custom made parts for other people and haven't had time to do any work on mine.
