is there a difference with this and my XR2i 16v one? If there is, would it make a difference and do i need any pipes to get it fitted. I already have the throttle body fitted.

Yes the 2.0 has a bigger internal bore also the side that goes to the plenium is bigger. It made alot of difference on my tuned 2.0 but you fill find the std hose from the plenium>maff will no longer fit.

there is a pipe on the 2.0 that will allow you to fit the maff to the 1.6 plenium. i done this at first but im now using a k&n pipe that goes straight from the throttle bodie to the maff, it was really hard to get it over the end of the maff but its does just fit with alot of lube and patience.

eventually im gonna get all the piping redone in stainless steel tubing and silicone by fusion fabrcations or someone like that
