2l zetec,fiesta off set?

hi guys need help i got willwood type 4 pot calipers with 278mm discs but i need know wot off set fiesta xr2i r's and if increasing off set makes the wheels further away from the suspension and decreasin the off set will make the wheel closer to the suspension dont realy understand the whole offset thing, also guys i want to put a 2l zetec engine in my 1.6cvh xr2i wot do i need and as any1 done this before? and do they do a 150bhp zetec from factory and what is it fitted in
