2litre 16v Into Mk3 Festa?

Just wondering if NE1 new how much work was involved in transplanting a 16v 2.0 litre engine into a mk3 Fiesta Xr2i 8v?? Also wot engine wud b best to use 4 easy power?? I was thinkin of puttin either an rs2000 lump in or a lump out of a Mondeo, is this possible??

Also wot bits wud i need 4the conversion??
