Pulse Air System
<94 HCS CFi Engines has this. It uses air and pushes in into your exhaust manifold.
Its a series of tubes that go over the manifold and warm up the air.
Something for emmisions IRRC.
>94 they removed them because the ECU's got better

Just a pre-emptive post incase anyone questioned this...
Fiesta 1.3 already has a 4-2-1 system, but it would be better if the -2 and -1 joint were further down.... prolly at the bottom?

7bhp increase for the manifold alone, add anoter 3-4 for de-cat, then a stanless back for an addition 3-4. with a good air filter, your prolly going to get another 15bhp
does this sound unreasonable?
I might paint my standard one with VHT paint like I did my cylinder head, as my step-dad is making me a chrome heatsheild for me

Id rather wait and spend the money on the 2.0, The bits you list add up to quite a lot. Not mentioning the pain of changing cat back over for MOT
