4 Pot calipers what fittings do i need?

Hi i have 4 pots to fit to my car, anyone know what new bolts i need for them to fit ?

Its a fiesta turbo running 15" kahn wheels, i understand i need longer m12 bolts and have to drill out my original holes?
Is this correct?
Also which pads are best it will ONLY be used on the road not the track
