is it difficult to do, is it worth it, would i need to drop the engine?

what box could i use? 2i/rs?

Should be pretty straight forward. Just need the 5 speed box and linkage I would think.

5 speed fiesta gearboxes arnt hard to come by,
but you defo need the gear linkage aswell from a fiesta like Oranoco mentioned :)
