a/f ratio problem or throttle body?

Hi, my frst got 501 injectors and manual boost controller... without the 195 bhp's superchip it works good but when in 4° or 5° gear revving up it doesn't work cutting power...
with the superchip giving more fuel pressure it seems to work better but smells like blowing engine!!!
how could I set it up better than this? also when on idle, without chip it works not so much bad, revving up and down when warm, instead of with chip that it doesn't work and after revving up it stops the engine... and also revving up it seems (with chip) to be slower revving up til 3000 rev range and then it increase revs better and faster...
could anybody help me?
it could be the throttle body or the inlet gasket? or whatelse?
