A few small (but annoying) MK3 bits!

Need a certain part or accessory?

Ok ladz/ laydeez can any of ya help us with these few bits.......

- Ash Tray (mine wont stay closed! :sad:)

- Clear/Blue oval side repeaters.

- That hook thingy which holds your spare tyre cage on, mines all twisted and rusted to f*ck!

- Wiring loom for central locking...

- Boot release mechanism (the whole shebang)

- and also (i know it's a long shot!)complete leccy window set ie. switches, loom, motors and regulators and anything else i may need!

- Oh.. and a MK4 rear wiper pleeeease!

Hope some of u can help, or atleast know someone who can!

To make the wiring loom for c/l is easy!!!

All you need is two rolls of cable a few conectors and a fuse and fuse holder!

Haynes manual also helps.

i have got clear oval sides for £8 a pair.
You might aswell get a new hook from ford they are only cheap but ill be getting rid of mine soon which is virtually brand new just gotta wait for my new zorst....should be able to get the window stuff and boot release off my mate whos breakin a smashed up 2i

EVO... i'm interested in the oval side repeaters and DEFINITELY :grin: interested in the leccy window and boot release stuff, get the stuff off him if you can and let me know how much he wants, and then we'll sort something out so i can get the lot. That ok?

Just to keep you updated mate, i think i might've sourced the leccy window, boot release stuff from somewhere else :wink: (slfiestaturbocentre.co.uk), but not 100% sure, i'll let u know as soon as i do! i'm sure they'll be plenty of other people who want 'em if i dont. i'm still interested in the side repeaters, how about a tenner inc p+p? sound good? cheers for your help. :grin:

mate the ash tray is simple take out ur headunit, dont disconnect though, all it is ur missing a bolt that goes into the inside top of the ash tray which keeps it up, all it takes is one bolt to slot in!! easy as pie!!

So is there no way you can get them painted then? :sad: well... i f that's the case then alright, how much were you thinking of knocking off?? Let us know mate then i should be able to come and pick them up soon along with the boot release, how much you reckon it'd cost me to spray my bumpers and my bodykit?? and get them fitted? any etimates,

sorry rob carnt get em painted we have too much work which means forriorniers are off to paint the bumpers and body kit your looking at about £130 dont know about fitting sorry rob

Oooops ! Sorry mate i haven't been able to get on me comp lately been mad busy !!!!!! Anyway i can't get the boot thing but it looks like your already sorted for that now.....and i'm just waiting for delivery of some more repeaters!!!!!!!!!! There not nicked ones by the way !!!!!!! Proper brand new with the foam backing and plug !!!!! Yep tenner sounds good to me !!!! :grin:

dont worry about it then, i'll try and get them sprayed myself, so that means we gonna have to arrange a pick up some time, i'll give you a call sometime this week to let you know when i'm free. Is that ok? ...actually,did you say it'd cost me £130 for my bumpers and kit to be sprayed.... hmmm? that might be interesting, gimme a week actually and i'll let you know mate, if thats what you meant...?
