Looking for a little car to teach the wife how to drive, the budget is arounfd the 500 mark, but can be made pliable if i so choose

Car has to be small, have power steering, 3 door, and NOT red ( she hates red )
would like something rounded ( 106 quicksilver style)

Doesnt need to be perfect, but a little T and T is a must
