cheers mate it was totaly std when i had her but its in the garage at mo have new valve seals,heater matrix,and possably head gasget. What bhp will i gain by fittin a t3 to a std engine cheers mathew

Absolutely none.

What you will gain is a much better scope for bigger power and the engine won't seem to run out of puff like it did on the wimpy T2.

Make sure you use a gen Ford headgasket as the patern ones are poop.

What's the spec of the car at the mo?

the spec is turbo bk zorst and dumb valve and lowered thats it but i have been told ill gain a bit by puttin the t3 on so this isnt true en mate

Fraid it's cobblers. It is very well worth doing though as it opens a much larger scope for tuning as the turbo won't run out of puff past 5k rpm.
